Bruce E. Houston is a registered patent attorney practicing in the areas of telecommunications, computer hardware and software, navigational systems, electronic counter measures, and telemetry. He received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia and his juris doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas. Bruce was an engineer at Texas Instruments in the Marine Navigation Division, and at Westinghouse Electric Defense Systems where he prepared and taught coursework in systems of communication and navigation. He formerly owned and operated a technology consulting and sales firm in San Antonio, Texas. Bruce is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and resides in the city of San Antonio. He is not licensed to practice in Minnesota. Bruce is fluent in written, spoken, technical and legal Spanish.
