Jim H. Salter is a registered patent attorney practicing in computer science, software, electrical engineering, and networking technologies.  He has a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Southern California, and received his J.D. from the University of Puget Sound.  Jim has seventeen years of experience as a patent attorney and was managing partner for a large Silicon Valley intellectual property law firm.  He is a member of the state bars of California and Washington and a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He is not admitted in Minnesota.
