MARVIN L. BEEKMAN is a registered patent attorney, admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1994.  His practice includes patent prosecution, intellectual property counseling and opinions.  Marv's technological areas include biomedical devices, electronics, integrated circuit design and fabrication, computer hardware, software, e-commerce, business methods, and telecommunications.  He has in-house experience, previously serving as Attorney/Director of Operations for a maturing engineering company.  Marv received his B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dordt College and his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.  He is an officer of Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A., and a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association.
