Michael P. Horvath is a registered patent attorney practicing in the area of mechanical technologies.  He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering in 1996 and his M.S. in mechanical engineering in 1998 from The Pennsylvania State University, and his J.D. from Temple University (cum laude, 2003).  Before joining Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, he was an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld from 2001-2006, where he worked on a variety of patent prosecution matters.  Mr. Horvath is registered to practice in Pennsylvania. He is not yet admitted to practice in Minnesota. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
