Theodore C. McCullough is a registered patent attorney and associate with Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, practicing in the areas of patent preparation, prosecution, opinion drafting, reexam practice (both inter partes and ex-parte), technology licensing and transfer agreements.  His primary technological area of practice is software and computer science patent law, including networking technology, compiler design, operating systems including micro and monolithic kernal design, database optimization, and algorithm design and analysis.  Ted received his undergraduate degree from Seattle University (B.A. Computer Science, 2004).  He received an M.A. from Gonzaga University (Philosophy, 1999), and a law degree from Temple University (J.D., 1997), and a further undergrad degree from Seattle University (Philosophy, 1992).  Ted worked as an IT Engineer at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (2003-2004) in Seattle, Washington.  He was a patent prosecution associate at the Lemaire Patent Law Firm in Minneapolis (2004-2006), and a commercial litigation associate at Byrnes and Keller, LLP (1998-2000) in Seattle.  Ted is licensed to practice law in Washington.
