Thomas G. Marlow is an associate practicing in electronics, semiconductors, integrated circuit design and fabrication, wireless communications, and computer networks. Tom also works with patent portfolio management and strategic analysis. This work includes general and competitive patent landscape analysis, as well as patent and portfolio evaluation to assist prosecution and business based decisions. Tom received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. While at Pierce Law, Tom served as a research/teaching assistant in the area of patent practice and prosecution. Tom is admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota, and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
