Ali Mireshghi, PhD is a patent scientist/ registered patent agent practicing in the areas of Electrical, Electronics, Radio Communication, Semiconductor, Optical, Medical and Industrial Radiology Equipment, and Radiation Detectors. He has received his undergraduate degree form Tehran University (Iran), and MS and PhD in Engineering from UC Berkeley. Ali has many years of academic, research and industrial experience. He has served as Prof. of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering in Sharif university of Technology (Iran), Visiting Assoc. Prof. at UC Berkeley and Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He is the author of two electronics textbooks and has published numerous papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings. Ali has worked at various management and technical position in a number of Silicon Valley companies. He is currently a senior member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE).
