JAY H. BENTLEY is a law clerk practicing in software, networking, and database technologies. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Japanese from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a teaching assistant for the College of Computing. Jay currently attends Santa Clara University School of Law and will graduate in May 2008 and take the California bar exam. Jay is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
