It will be held on July 19-20, 2012 in New York City. Rakesh has an extensive background in intellectual property law focusing on U.S. patent prosecution as well as foreign intellectual property protection matters, generally in the technical areas of internet-based technologies, business methods, networking, software, electronics and computers. He interned as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent & Trademark Office while completing his undergraduate degree, and prior to joining Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner he was an associate at an IP boutique in New York City.
