Eric Andersland is an associate attorney focused on intellectual property procurement, patent review and litigation support in the software, computer, networking, telecommunication and medical device technologies. Before joining Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, he was clerk and associate at a Minneapolis IP boutique from 2007-2011, where he worked on a variety of patent prosecution and reexamination matters. Previously, Eric spent over six years as an engineer with various high technology companies developing embedded software for telecommunication equipment. Eric received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2008), and his undergraduate degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University (B.S., 1999). He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
