Jun Wei is a registered patent agent before the USPTO practicing in the areas of physics, optics, computer software, and medical device. He received his B.S. degree in Applied Physics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, M.S. degree in Optics from Beijing Normal University, M.S. degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois, and Master degree of Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He was employed as a senior IT consultant with Novell Inc in Chicago. While in China, as a patent agent with a prestigious patent law firm, he prepared and prosecuted a large amount of patent applications (mainly from USA and European countries) filed before Chinese Patent Office. He was a former patent examiner with Chinese Patent Office. Mr. Jun Wei is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
