Kyle Way  is a registered patent attorney focusing on patent prosecution in various technology areas, including electronics, computer systems, software, and communications. Prior to joining Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A., Kyle was a partner at a small patent prosecution firm in Colorado. Earlier, Kyle worked as an associate with a small patent firm and a large general legal firm, in addition to being an in-house attorney and patent agent for two California-based technology companies. Prior to his legal career, Kyle worked as an electrical design engineer, concentrating on the development of magnetic and optical data storage products, as well as document scanners. Kyle is also a registered professional engineer in Colorado.
