Luke Kuipers is an associate in the San Jose office. Luke's practice focuses on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio development, with an emphasis on electronics and software. He has prosecuted patents for a wide range of technologies, including networking devices, computer architectures, payment systems, Internet technologies, and software systems. Prior to his career in law, Luke worked as an embedded software engineer with The Boeing Company and Analog Devices, where he contributed to the design and implementation of various communication systems, avionics systems, and development tools used in digital signal processing (DSP) systems.
