Nicholas Lanzatella is a registered patent attorney practicing intellectual property law with an emphasis on chemical engineering, materials science, organic chemistry, and pharmaceuticals. Nicholas received his B.S. in chemical engineering (2000) and his M.S. in organic chemistry (2002) from the University of Minnesota, his law degree (J.D., 2005) from William Mitchell College of Law, and his Ph.D. in organic chemistry (2009) from the University of Minnesota with Prof. Wayland E. Noland. After receiving his Ph.D., he worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Minnesota before joining the firm. Dr. Lanzatella is an author of several peer-reviewed scientific publications, and his professional association memberships include the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), and the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA). He is licensed to practice in Minnesota.
