Case Management Group

The Case Management Group (CMG) was an innovation of SLW. As is the case with paralegals, SLW maintains a close and knowledgeable connection with each client by assigning a specific member of the CMG team to them. CMG handles the flow of papers to and from the PTO and the client. Many of our paralegals started in CMG, and many of the paralegals in other firms started in SLW’s CMG group.
