

Unlike most other law firms, SLW assigns paralegal and case management staff directly to clients rather than to individual attorneys, helping to ensure greater continuity of service and understanding of particular client needs. Through the use of automated case management systems, and the specialized training of our paralegals and case management staff, we have created a system that lowers the cost of routine IP work for the client since attorneys are minimally involved. Paralegal and CMG billing is for the most part determined on a flat-fee, per-task basis, based on the type of service provided. Some closely related services are bundled into a single fixed fee.
