Timothy Singleton is a registered patent attorney at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. Timothy received his M.S. degree in Computer Science and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa, where he served as a graduate researcher in the field of Critical Infrastructure Protection and Compliance and as an Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law. His practice includes patent prosecution (U.S. and foreign), patent validity and infringement opinions, IP due diligence work, generally in the technical areas of internet-based technologies, business methods, networking, software, electronics and computers, and mechanical arts. When not at work Timothy enjoys spending time with his family and helping his daughters explore the outdoors, museums, zoos, and aquariums. He also does some blacksmithing and metalworking in his spare time.
