Program Overview

Engineering interns (San Jose office) learn the foundations of patent prosecution and IP counseling with real client matters and structured training.

Who We’re Looking For

Third-year engineering students or post-graduate students (advanced degrees preferred)
Strong technical and writing skills; collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Format

June–August; dates customizable to academic calendars
Materials: resume, cover letter, unofficial transcripts, optional short technical writing sample (3–5 pages)
Location: San Jose only - attendance in person required
