Marc McSwain is a registered patent attorney with over twenty-four years of experience in patent law, including years as a patent agent prior to becoming an attorney.  He prosecutes patents primarily in the electrical and computer-related arts.  Mr. McSwain has worked at several law firms and in the intellectual property law department of a Fortune 50 company.  Prior to that, Mr. McSwain spent nearly a decade as an electrical and software engineer at leading technology companies.
