Marsha Huddy is a registered patent attorney with a practice that includes patent prosecution (US and Foreign), portfolio analysis, strategic counseling, and opinions, with emphasis on chemical engineering, chemical processing, materials science, medical devices, mechanical devices and biomedical technologies. Marsha received her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth (B.S., 2005) and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 2008). While in law school, Marsha was a member of William Mitchell Law Review and competed in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court.
