Rebecca Davis is a registered patent attorney, admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice includes patent procurement, technical analyses including freedom-to-operate opinions and validity opinions.  Rebecca had been practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 2009 and has extensive experience in prosecuting electrical and software patent applications.  Rebecca received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.  She also received a master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
