Encryption at rest

AES-256 via AWS KMS across all storage layers, including the database, document storage, application logs, and backups.

Encryption in transit

TLS 1.3 enforced for browser-to-application traffic, with SSL-required connections to the database and HTTPS-only access to document storage.

Identity and access

Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on with MFA enforced for all users via Conditional Access policies. Role-based access control at the database layer.

Three-layer isolation

Independent isolation enforced at the session, user, and organization levels. Row-level security policies are applied to every database table.

U.S. data residency

All infrastructure used to process and store customer data resides within the United States (AWS US-West). GovCloud option available for clients with stricter requirements.

Zero training on customer data

Customer prompts, documents, and AI responses are never used to train or fine-tune any foundation model. AI inference runs in inference-only mode.

Continuous monitoring

Threat detection, network flow logs, and a full audit trail of administrative actions, with logs retained on a defined schedule and surfaced through an admin dashboard.
