We routinely perform trademark clearance searches both domestically and internationally, work with foreign counsel on country-specific searches, and analyze comprehensive search reports conducted by third-party vendors.

Domestic and International Trademark Prosecution

We assist clients before the USPTO including preparing and filing applications, preparing responses to Office Actions, Statement of Use, and other USPTO filings, ex parte appeals, and post-registration renewals. For trademarks obtained abroad, we call upon a select group of associates, chosen for their expertise and effectiveness in securing, maintaining, and defending trademark registrations in their respective jurisdictions.
