Ana-Maria Popescu is an attorney in the Silicon Valley office of Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. She received a Mathematics-Computer Science B.Sc. from Brown University in 1999, a Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Washington (Seattle) in 2007 and a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2022.

Her practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications and helping represent clients before the USPTO. Her current focus areas include IOT technologies, image processing, analytics pipelines, autonomous robotics, and other Internet and computer technologies.
