Overview

Andy has extensive experience in working with clients that range from Fortune 100 companies to startups to solo inventors in all stages of intellectual property asset procurement – from advising to developing IP protection strategies to preparing and prosecuting patent applications and beyond – and enjoys advancing the interests of his clients with respect to their intellectual property assets.

Although Andy’s technical practice generally focuses on intellectual property assets relating to computer hardware and software, storage and memory technologies, semiconductors, telecommunications, computer networks, and artificial intelligence, Andy is also experienced in technologies such as natural resource exploration and procurement, mechanical apparatuses, sporting goods, and musical devices, among others.
