Overview

Frank is an experienced intellectual property and tech attorney with 11 years of firm experience and 10 years of in-house experience.  As Chief Intellectual Property Counsel of a start-up company, he was responsible for all aspects of managing the company’s intellectual property worldwide including: portfolio management; patent and trademark prosecution; licensing; OSS compliance; and regulatory compliance.

Before becoming an attorney, Frank was a technologist and software engineer who worked with many technologies within a variety of industries.  He remains an active software developer and is currently working on applications of natural language processing to legaltech.
