Justin McCarthy is a registered patent attorney and an associate of Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner P.A. His practice includes patent procurement in software technologies. Previously, Justin was a Senior Software Engineer at Motorola, Inc. where he developed software for cellular telecommunications infrastructures. Justin received his J.D. (summa cum laude; order of the coif) from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009, and his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001.
