Complimentary Advanced PCT Seminar
On February 23, Schwegman is teaming up with WIPO to host an all-day complimentary “Advanced PCT Training” seminar that will provide insights to practitioners on amendments and recent developments to the PCT rules, developing a strategy for international filings and procedural safeguards.
The speaker for the PCT Seminar is Carl Oppedahl. Along with being a member of the Oppedahl Patent Law Firm, Carl serves as an adjunct professor at University of Denver School of Law, teaching Advanced Patent Law. He also served for many years on the faculty of the Practising Law Institute’s Patent Bar Review Course and served as an adjunct professor at Cardozo Law School. Carl was also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and as chair of the Patent Cooperation Treaty Issues Committee of the AIPLA.
