AIPLA 2017 Electronic and Computer Patent Law Summit

Schwegman is pleased to again serve as a sponsor of the upcoming AIPLA 2017 Electronic and Computer Patent Law. This year’s summit is scheduled for June 21, 2017 in Toronto, making it the first time that this annual CLE roadshow has been held outside the United States.  The program covers a broad range of topics including subject matter eligibility, harmonization, IP diligence issues related to software companies, and issues peripheral to patent law, such as trade secrets.  Schwegman Principal attorney, Tim Christman, will be serving as a moderator for the single-day program.
