Firm Recognition
Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner was one of 16 firms ranked nationally for prosecution. The firm was also highly recommended for prosecution in Minnesota, listed for transactions in Minnesota, and recommended for prosecution in California.
Individual Recognition
Attorney Tim Bianchi was ranked nationally as an individual for post-grant proceedings. In addition, he was selected on the state level in the category of prosecution, for Minnesota. In the 2021 IP STARS firm rankings, the Schwegman firm was highly recommended for patent prosecution in Minnesota, recommended for patent prosecution in California, and recommended for patent prosecution in Texas. Nationally, Schwegman was one of six firms chosen for Tier 2 for patent prosecution, with four firms chosen for Tier 1.
